Feasibility and Pre-Project Studies
Concept study with throughput assessment, market study for demand and supply gaps, land survey, CAPEX estimate with breakeven analysis, OPEX and competency evaluation, local regulatory approvals, environmental impact assessment, preliminary master plan layouts, FEED including process design, detailed project report to support financing.

Engineering and Design
Multidisciplinary engineering for terminals and equipment. 3D modelling from FEED concept through to realistic rendering and virtual walkthrough of the full facility.

Procurement and Material Sourcing
Vendor selection and evaluation, pre-shipment inspection at vendor sites, testing against regulator, design and international standards, receipt inspection, periodic audits.

Fabrication and Manufacturing
Pressure vessels, process equipment, piping and structures prefabricated at the Pune facility. Welding to SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW and FCAW by qualified welders.

Logistics
Component packing, sea freight and inland transport to site.
- 06
Site Preparation and Construction
Site planning, civil foundations and piling, road and rail access construction, utility infrastructure, drainage and water management, service trenching.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning
On-site erection and assembly by our own deployment teams, material testing and sampling, non-destructive testing, system testing and integration, start-up and commissioning, regulatory compliance monitoring.

Terminal Operations
Product reception, storage, transfer and dispatch. Safety and compliance-led operation with digital technologies applied to operational efficiency and terminal profitability.
