Solution
Inland Storage and Distribution Terminals
Inland Storage and Dispatch through Road and Rail Networks.
Product received by pipeline, road or rail, stored, then dispatched. Storage, blending and metering, loading and unloading gantries, weighbridges and access control, terminal automation. The dispatch end of the chain, where a terminal earns its throughput.

The Buyer’s Problem
Why this solution exists
An inland terminal is measured by how fast it turns a tanker around. Gantry design, metering accuracy, access control and automation decide whether trucks queue at the gate or load and leave. Storage that cannot dispatch is stranded capacity.

What Bharat Delivers
One scope, end to end
Product received by pipeline, road or rail, stored, then dispatched. Storage, blending and metering, loading and unloading gantries, weighbridges and access control, terminal automation. The dispatch end of the chain, where a terminal earns its throughput.

Configurations
How it is commissioned
Inland depot
Regional storage that breaks bulk from pipeline or rail into road tanker loads.
Distribution terminal
A full receipt, storage and dispatch facility feeding a market or retail network.
Road and rail dispatch hub
High-throughput loading, metering and access control built around gantry turnaround.

FAQ
Common questions
What sets the throughput of an inland terminal?+
Gantry design and count, metering and batch control, weighbridge integration, and access control. These decide how many tankers load per hour, which is the number an inland terminal is judged on.
Does the scope cover blending and odorisation?+
Yes. Propane and butane blending for LPG, and white fuel blending with additive dosing and mercaptan odorisation, are part of the distribution terminal scope.
Can product arrive by rail as well as road and pipeline?+
Yes. The road and rail dispatch hub configuration is built for rail receipt and rail loading alongside road tanker gantries.
How is the terminal automated?+
A redundant PLC with a dedicated safety PLC for fire, gas leak and emergency shutdown, SCADA and tank farm management, and Coriolis mass flow metering, integrated with the weighbridge and access control.
