Solution
Marine Cargo Containment
IMO Type C Cargo Tanks for Carriers and Barges, with Cargo Handling Systems.
IMO Type C cargo tanks for gas carriers and barges. Design, fabrication, testing and classification society certification. A manufacturing scope rather than a site scope, and the credential that opens the marine sector.
Scope
A manufacturing scope, not a site scope. The Receive, Store, Handle and Distribute frame describes a site-level solution and does not apply here.
The Buyer’s Problem
Why this solution exists
A cargo tank for a gas carrier lives under class survey for its whole life. It has to pass IMO and IGC design review, weld inspection, and a classification society before it is fitted, and it has to keep passing survey once the vessel is in service.

What Bharat Delivers

FAQ
Common questions
Why is this a solution and not a product?+
It is the only offering Bharat sells without a site. Design, fabrication, testing and class certification are the whole scope, and that scope is the credential that opens the marine sector.
Which classification societies does Bharat work with?+
Certification is carried out with Bureau Veritas, DNV and equivalent classification societies, alongside the IMO and IGC Code design review.
Does the coverage frame apply here?+
No. Receive, Store, Handle and Distribute describe a site-level solution. Marine Cargo Containment is manufactured, not built on site, so it carries no frame.
Are cargo handling systems included?+
Yes. Skids and piping for cargo transfer are part of the scope, engineered and tested with the tanks.
